Best Western Premier announces a vacancy Technical Department Manager position.

Main responsibilities:

• Participates in the search for potential personnel
• Participates in database updates
• Informs the hired employee of the internal regulations and rights and obligations
• Ensures continuous improvement of staff working knowledge (conducting training)
• Conducts a briefing at the beginning of the shift
• Establishes work schedules;
• Attends work meetings to exchange information with management;
• Prepares a work plan and submits it to the immediate supervisor at the beginning of the month
• At the end of the month, presents information about the work completed (if not completed, provides an explanation)
• Organizes the hotel's engineering, construction, and installation works
• Coordinates the work of engineers on duty working in shifts
• Systematically checks the operation of all equipment, systems, and mechanical devices located on the hotel premises.

Required experience and certification in electrical field
