• Higher education in business administration or human resources management;
• At least 2 years of work experience (preferred);
• Knowledge of office programs (desirable);
• Ability to work on a schedule (preferred);

Main responsibilities:

• Recruitment, selection, hiring, and retention of staff.
• Working with personnel, rights, duties and responsibilities, conditions and circumstances;
• Table management (run by the monitoring service SELF.GE);
• Preparing orders;
• Preparing decrees and resolutions together with heads of divisions and departments;
• Organizing company and regional meetings (organizing the preparation of meeting minutes);

Organizing meetings and sessions of the Supervisory Board, Board of Directors and partners (organizing the preparation of minutes of meetings and sessions);

• Organizing electronic and physical binding and archiving of company documentation.

Work schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00; Saturday 09:20-14:20, 40-hour work week.
