  Job description:

The Branch Manager ensures the smooth running of trade and production processes, high service standards, and growth of branch sales. The position involves leading a team and managing operational efficiency in accordance with company standards.

Main responsibilities:

• Full management of the daily operational and administrative activities of the branch
• Coordination, motivation of team members and control of work process efficiency
• High standard of customer service and prompt resolution of difficult/problematic situations
• Strict control of the timing and quality of receiving, processing and issuing orders
• Analysis of sales figures, monitoring of financial operations and cash flow

Close communication with the central office, reporting and implementation of internal policies

Qualification requirements:

• Higher education
• At least 1-2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position (working in the advertising/printing industry or the service sector would be a great advantage)
• Thorough knowledge of office computer programs (MS Office)
