Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory position in the banquet and restaurant industry;
• Leadership and communication skills;
• Teamwork skills and high level of responsibility;
• Knowledge of service standards;

Main responsibilities:

• Control and quality assurance of daily restaurant operations;
• Coordination of staff working in the service;
• Ensuring compliance with service standards;
• Communicating with guests, satisfying them and resolving problems in a timely manner;
• Perfect knowledge of English, Russian and Georgian languages.
• Ability to present information effectively and provide comprehensive answers to questions from supervisors, guests, and employees.
