Construction company in Adli We are looking for an experienced team member in construction quality control. Construction Quality Control Manager on the position.

Working Schedule: Full time. 5 days a week, 09:00 – 18:00.

Main function-duties:

• Facility/project evaluation and quality plan preparation;
• Monitoring of construction and installation works on construction sites;
• Involvement in the preparation of the work methodology (within the scope of competence) and ensuring quality procedures according to the methodology;
• Supervision of facilities and construction quality control;
• Quality control of concrete and inert materials;
• Checking the compliance of construction works with structural and architectural projects (drawings);
• Periodically check the placement/arrangement of construction materials and compliance with other internal drawings;
• Comparison of the volume index (cubic volume, square footage) of the construction drawing with the actual execution of the object;
• Taking necessary measures to adhere to plans and schedules;
• Quality control of construction materials;
• Identification of technological errors made during the work;
• Control of the quality of the work performed and its compliance with the project;
• Supervision of results in laboratory studies;
• Timely production, storage, and collection of necessary documentation at construction sites;
• Initiate design changes as needed;
• Preparing weekly quality control reports;
• Providing/agreement with the weekly work plan to the supervisor;

Basic requirements, personal competencies/skills:

• Higher education – in construction/engineering; (required)
• At least 3 years of experience in construction;
• User-level knowledge of programs – Microsoft Suite, Archicad, Autocad;
• Knowledge of a foreign language (English and/or Russian);
• Knowledge and skills in managing a construction site;
• Ability to read and analyze construction documentation;
• Ability to plan, organize and monitor work;
• Ability to work within predetermined and agreed deadlines;
• attention to detail;
• Teamwork skills and collegiality
