• In this position, your main role will be to carry out maintenance work according to the established schedule, regular preventive inspections of equipment, and housekeeping activities.

Main responsibilities: 

• Technician's duties and responsibilities:
• Engineering systems monitoring and maintenance:
• Inspecting electrical systems and performing minor repairs;
• Ensuring the technical integrity of water supply and sewage systems;
• Regular monitoring of the condition of heating and cooling systems.
• Monitoring and servicing of tanks, pumps, pumping stations and technical equipment.
• Carrying out repair work:
• Small construction, wood and metal work;
• Furniture repair or installation.
• Emergency management and response.
• Regular preventive inspection of equipment and prevention of injuries.
• Agricultural activities:
• Yard maintenance (cutting grass, watering plants, and ensuring the environment is clean);
• Washing the paving stones and maintaining their external cleanliness.
• Accounting for materials and tools in the warehouse and maintaining order.
• Collaborate with administration and other relevant departments to effectively resolve technical issues.
• Compliance with safety rules during the work process.

 Basic requirements:
