We are looking for a team member for the position of Construction Work Producer at the construction company "Adli".

Main function - duties:

• Planning, management and control of the construction process on site;
• Quality control of ongoing and completed works;
• Preparation of various acts necessary for the implementation of construction works;
• Describing the necessary measures for all important phases of the project, setting/implementing the deadlines for their implementation;
• Study/read plans, drawings and projects of the work to be performed;
• Participating in the search and selection of human resources and special equipment required to perform work on the construction site;
• Planning and controlling the daily activities of contractors, subcontractors and workers on construction sites;
• Protection of safety equipment at construction sites and control of the activities of the person responsible for protection, the safety engineer;
• Summary and reporting of works to be performed in stages at construction sites;
• Compiling and submitting reports of work performed by the labor service and outstanding salary claims to the technical director of the service;
• Solving unforeseen technical problems;
• Project risk management from a technical perspective;
• Detailed measurement of the construction site, determination of the actual volume of various works performed and to be performed;
• Ordering and receiving control of purchased materials and services based on the monthly plan-schedule;
• Control of the expenditure of various construction materials and inventory spent on the construction site and determination of compliance of this expenditure with the cost accounting documentation and, in general, with the established expenditure norms.
• Compliance and control of labor safety standards at the construction site;

Basic requirements, personal competencies/skills:

• Higher education – in construction/engineering; (required)
• At least 3 years of experience in construction, including at least 1 year of experience as a construction manager;
• Knowledge of programs (Microsoft Suite, Archicad, Autocad user level knowledge);
• Knowledge of a foreign language (English and/or Russian);
• Knowledge and skills in managing a construction site;
• Ability to read and analyze construction documentation;
• Ability to plan, organize and monitor work;
• Ability to work within predetermined and agreed deadlines;
• attention to detail;
• Teamwork skills and collegiality;

work schedule: Five days a week, 09:00-18:00
