We are looking for a team member for the position of Construction Project Manager at the construction company "Adli".

Main function-duties:

• Managing the planning, execution and completion process of a construction project;
• Develop, update and implement project execution plans and procedures;
• Participate in the selection process of candidates for a specific project;
• Managing the team to develop and implement the project budget, scope of work, and work progress schedule, as well as ensuring that all planned events are carried out within the established calendar schedule;
• Review of the work performed by designers (architects, constructors, engineers, etc.);
• If you wish to make changes to the project, go through it in detail with the parties involved in the project, justify it, confirm the change, and take appropriate measures;
• Acceleration of specific works in case of project delays;
• Describing the necessary measures for all important phases of the project, determining the deadlines for their implementation;
• Supervision of the construction project and, if necessary, making appropriate technical decisions;
• Maintaining effective communication with contractors on project phase execution;
• Strict adherence to the agreed budget;
• Production of all special documentation related to the project / control of the correctness of the documents produced by the subordinate; (Form # 2; hidden acts; warehouse balances; geodetic acts; any construction documentation)
• Project acceptance – management of the handover process;
• Preparation of various types of reports

Basic requirements, personal competencies/skills:

• Higher education – in construction/engineering; (required)
• At least 5 years of experience in construction, including at least 2 years of experience as a project manager; (Experience working on high-rise building construction will be a significant advantage)
• User-level knowledge of programs (Microsoft Suite, Archicad, Autocad)
• Knowledge of a foreign language (English and/or Russian);
• Ability to manage a team;
• Project management knowledge and skills;
• Ability to read and analyze construction documentation;
• Good verbal and written communication skills;
• Ability to plan, organize and monitor work;
• Ability to solve problems effectively;
• Logical-analytical thinking skills;
• Ability to work within predetermined and agreed deadlines;

• Teamwork skills and collegiality

work schedule: 5 days a week 09:00 – 18:00
