Insurance company announces a vacancy Junior Medical Claims Manager position.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensuring timely control and response to incoming information;
• Control of storing information about losses in the appropriate database;
• Control of programmatic registration of applications;
• Ensuring the submission of all necessary documentation for compensation for losses;
• Identifying the insured, determining the compliance of the received information with insurance coverage, determining the compliance of the prescribed tests and medications with the presented diagnosis, taking into account the guidelines in force in the country;
• In case of reimbursement of medicines, checking the registration of the prescribed medicine group;
• Control of insurance limits;
• Preparation of a payment protocol;
• Preparation of the transfer form, subsequent registration and submission to the head of the department at the end of the day
• Forwarding;
• Recording the decision on the loss incurred in the relevant register;
• Reporting to the immediate supervisor in the prescribed form and at the prescribed intervals;

Working Schedule: Monday-Tuesday: 10:00-18:00, Saturday: 10:00-14:00
Work experience: preferred
