Craft Food Batumi team announces a vacancy Branch Assistant Manager position.

Main responsibilities:

• Monitoring the daily work process of the facility;
• Service and quality control;
• Constant communication with customers and discussion of received evaluations with team members and immediate supervisor;
• Compliance/control of sanitary, hygienic norms, safety rules, and labor discipline norms;
• Monitoring products and inventory, placing/receiving orders, ensuring cash register accuracy;
• Taking care of the motivation and qualification of subordinates;
• Constant monitoring of the visual and operational standards of the facility;
• Planning team work schedules and coordinating shifts;
• Additionally, perform other tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.

work schedule: Working hours: 5 days a week
Work rate: First hearing – 10:00-19:00, second hearing – 18:00-03:00.

Work experience: preferred
