QooQy Bakery announces a vacancy Catering facility manager position.

QooQy Bakery This is a cafe, pastry shop, and bakery that offers customers about 100 varieties of artisan bread and pastries, creamy desserts, cakes, a diverse selection of cookies, and dozens of cold and hot beverages.

Main responsibilities:

• Management of merchandise balances and inventories;
• Ordering products and receiving/counting them if necessary;
• Write-off of products and/or return to the supplier;
• Continuous assurance of product expiration date control;
• Analysis/identification of top selling products and determination/planning/ordering of appropriate supplies;
• Control of stock of joint-stock products;
• Ensure the implementation of plans by the branch and control over this.
• Coordinate and control the activities of subordinate personnel;
• Cash register operations management.

work schedule: 5 days a week, 10:00 – 18:00
Work experience: will be considered an advantage
