Your mission in the company:

As an Assistant Branch Manager in Batumi, you will be the main support and liaison between the branch manager, the team, and customers.

• Involvement in the daily operational activities of the branch and support of the manager;
• Active communication with the branch team, coordination of work processes and stimulation of efficiency;
• Maintaining relationships based on trust with customers and partners;
• Accurately identifying branch needs and problems and timely sharing of information with the manager and team;
• Recording of necessary documentation, reporting and administrative issues.

This position is for you if:

• You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar field (work in service, sales or administration will be considered an advantage);
• Possess the art of effective communication and negotiation;
• You are result-oriented and organized;
• Good knowledge of office programs (MS Office);
• Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.
