"MTechnics" LLC is announcing a vacancy for the position of "Assistant Store Manager" in Batumi.    

function-duties:

• Managing showroom employees, managing their workflow, and controlling schedules.
• Ensuring compliance with the company's service standards; Informing consultants of the company's standards and regulations; Monitoring and responding to the correct consulting by consultants during the work process;
• Controlling order in the showroom interior;
• Ensuring product placement in the showroom according to merchandising standards;
• Providing internal inventories, ensuring/coordinating the monthly inventory process; providing inventory results to the finance department;
• Assisting clients in the refund process by filling out the application and submitting the completed application to the finance department;
• Complete processing of information about stocks and provision to consultants;
• The seller is obliged to have complete information about the percentage of discount cards and, if necessary, provide it to the buyer.
• Implement sales at a price different from the retail/wholesale/agent discount (lower) in agreement with the Financial Director;
• Coordinated work with the warehouse.
• Performing other tasks assigned by the supervisor;
• Storage/archiving of documentation created during the work performed;

Basic Requirements:

• higher education;

• work experience (at least 6 months in a similar position);

• Knowledge of Russian and English at spoken level (preferred);
• Knowledge of office programs (Excel, Word) (desirable).

Working Schedule:
