Main function-duties:

•  Coordination of daily processes of the front sales team;
•  Support, monitoring and quality control of team members;
• Solving complex/problematic cases;
•  Leading/engaging in telephone and online communication processes;
•  Ensuring sales targets are met and analyzing results;
•  Overseeing compliance with discipline, standards and procedures;
•  Performing other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Qualification requirements:

•  perfect knowledge of the Georgian language;
• Knowledge of Russian and English;
•  Fluency in office programs;
•  At least 1 year of experience in sales or tourism sales;
•  Experience working with telephone service (call center) processes will be considered an advantage;
•  Supervisor or team leader experience would be considered an advantage.
