Restaurant Georgian announces a vacancy waiter position.
Duties:
Service quality control and guest relations
Implementation of standards:
Hosting guests, welcoming guests, communicating with regular clients, and creating a positive atmosphere.
Conflict resolution: Resolve any dissatisfaction (complaint about food, delayed service) quickly and diplomatically.
Monitoring in the hall and improving service.
2. Personnel management and team development.
Optimal distribution of work schedules for waiters, bartenders and hostesses.
Training: onboarding (adaptation) of new employees and ongoing training of existing staff (sales techniques, menu knowledge, etiquette).
Resolving disciplinary issues.
Briefings (five minutes): Before each shift, go over the daily plan, “stop list” (dishes we don’t have), and special offers with the team.
3. Operational Process Management
Preparation of the hall: Checking cleanliness, music, lighting, temperature, and table setting before the start of the shift.
Inventory: Description/control of the hall's tableware, textiles, menus, and other necessary materials.
