Health Clinic announces a vacancy Registrar position

Main responsibilities:

• Receiving and registering patients on site and by telephone/online;
• Providing patients with information about the clinic's services, doctors' schedules, and prices;
• Managing doctors' work schedules and scheduling visits;
• Properly maintaining and archiving patients' medical documentation;
• Entering and updating data in the clinic's internal software;
• Managing incoming calls and emails;
• Receiving payments (cash/cashless) and preparing relevant documentation;
• Maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards;
• Ensuring polite and professional communication with patients;
• Coordinated work with administration and medical staff;
• Receiving complaints and feedback and responding accordingly.

Work schedule: 6 working days a week, 5 working days: 09:00 – 18:00

1 working day – Saturday (short schedule): 10:00 – 15:00

Work experience: It will be considered an advantage.
