Beta Print announces a vacancy For the position of Customer Relationship Manager / Sales.

 duties:

• Responding to messages received through official communication channels (email, WhatsApp, Viber).
• Receiving customers over the phone and in person and providing them with advice on products and services.
• Receiving customer requirements and, if necessary, clarifying dimensions and other details.
• Contacting customers after orders are completed and informing them of readiness.
• Receiving and recording incoming orders.
• Constant monitoring of order status and updating of information.
• Drawing up a daily plan with the general manager and passing it on to the machine operators and the installation team.
• Connecting stakeholders (designer, machine operator, technician) and facilitating effective communication between them
• Provision, especially in the case of complex or unspecified orders.
• Verifying files provided by clients (sizes, format) and determining their technical compliance with printing requirements.
• After fulfilling orders, controlling invoices and checking their compliance with the documentation issued by accounting.
• Control of customer debts and, if necessary, communicate with them.
• Management and control of contracts concluded with customers.
• Drawing up a daily work plan and summarizing its implementation at the end of the day.

Qualification requirements:

Education: Secondary or higher education.
Experience: Experience in sales/service is required

Skills:

• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of computer programs, including MS Office (Excel, Word) and communication applications (Viber, WhatsApp, Email).
• Problem-solving and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to work in a busy work environment.
• A high sense of responsibility.

Compensation: 1st month – 1000₾, 2nd month – 1200₾, 3rd month – 1400₾. After 3 months + bonus (average salary (1700₾-1800₾)

work schedule : 09:30 to 19:00, 6 days a week
