We are looking for a new team member for the position of Assistant Warehouse Logistics Manager, who will programmatically ensure the distribution process for the courier service, and will be involved in the distribution, dispatch, receipt, and scanning of parcels.

Work rate: 10:00 to 19:00, weekends off

Main responsibilities:

• Monitoring daily warehouse operations;
• Organizing the processes of receiving, storing, delivering and recording;
• Coordination of warehouse employees and optimization of work processes;
• Preparing reports and communicating with supervision;
• Managing the scanning process;
• Dispatching couriers and monitoring of activities to be performed/performed.

Requirements:

• Experience in a warehouse or logistics manager position is preferred;
• Teamwork and leadership skills;
• Detail-oriented and organized;
• Knowledge of computer programs (especially Excel);
• High sense of responsibility and ability to solve problems in a timely manner.
