QooQy Bakery This is a cafe, pastry shop, and bakery that offers customers about 100 varieties of artisan bread and pastries, creamy desserts, cakes, a diverse selection of cookies, and dozens of cold and hot beverages.

Main responsibilities:

• Planning and managing the daily kitchen process
• Product quality and standards control
• Raw material procurement, inventory control and waste reduction
• Team management: employee allocation, control and evaluation
• Ensuring continuity of operations at the facility
• Compliance with hygiene and food safety standards
• Timely identification and resolution of problems
• Preparing regular reports for management

work schedule: 09:00 – 18:00, 5/2
