LLC "IDEAS Borjomi Tbilisi" Is international Company IDS Borjomi Member of the group. The main activity of the company is the sale and delivery of products manufactured by the company IDS Borjomi Georgia within the territory of Georgia.
We sell leading water brands on the market, such as: "Borjomi", "Likani" and "Bakuriani".

We are looking for a new team member in the sales department. Horeca Territory Development Manager position.

Work rate: Monday-Saturday, 40 working hours per week.
Remuneration type: fixed salary, bonus depending on the implementation of the monthly plan.

Main responsibilities:

• Conducting negotiations in HoReCa (hotels, restaurants, cafés, other food establishments);
• Monitoring the work of business development agents under his/her supervision and fully managing the field work process;
• Monitoring product presentation standards in food establishments;
• Developing proposals for the expansion and development of the trade network;
• Analysis and control of the debtors list;
• Carrying out individual instructions of the immediate supervisor;
• Monitoring the observance and implementation of discipline, standards, and internal regulations by team members;
• Ensuring healthy relationships and working environment within the team;

Necessary requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience working as a supervisor in the field of sales/distribution;
• Team management experience;
• Communication and negotiation skills;
• analytical thinking;
• Knowledge of standard MS Office package;
• Higher education, preferably in management or economics
• Knowledge of foreign languages - Russian or English;
• Driving license;
