Main responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a long-term sales strategy that includes market research, competitor analysis, and identification of target segments.
• Develop and implement long-term and short-term sales strategies for each branch.
• Regularly analyze branch sales results, prepare reports, and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement a unified sales cycle for all products of the holding.
• Regularly monitor the work of office managers to ensure that they are meeting established sales standards.
• Ensure that office managers have all the necessary information and resources they will need in the sales process.
• Ensures the attraction of corporate clients.
• Negotiate directly with large and strategic clients.
• Lead the sales team, ensuring their motivation and productivity.
• Regularly evaluate the work of team members and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan new campaigns, the production team to ensure timely fulfillment of orders, and the finance department to control accounts.

Experience in managing a sales team and at least 2 years of experience in sales is required
