Duties and Responsibilities:

• Performing chef duties;
• Meticulous execution of all orders;
• Actively participate in the creation of new recipes;
• Providing all the ingredients needed to prepare the dish;
• Compliance with the rules for the use of inventory and tools;
• Ensuring the smooth running of the kitchen, together with other kitchen staff;
• Monitoring of kitchen equipment and facilities;
• Description and implementation of stock ordering.
