• Full control of deadlines and quality from order receipt to final product launch.
• Distribute work tasks to machine operators, technicians, and the installation team.
• Ensuring the deadlines and quality of order fulfillment.
• Managing and motivating a team.
• Strengthening the labor discipline of the production team and maintaining the highest quality standards of products.
• Timely resolution of problems arising in production.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of work experience in the production field (preferably in advertising).
• Team management experience is required.
