Main responsibilities: 

• Control of discipline, sales, service and service processes by employees working in the branch;
• Planning and achieving sales goals, finding new customers, making offers.
• Timely response to disruptions and problematic cases at the boxes;
• Control of cleanliness and order in service boxes;
• Monitoring the operation of service equipment;
• Ensuring a safe working environment for service personnel;
• Communicating with the customer, determining the cause of dissatisfaction and resolving the problematic issue through negotiation;
• Control of the process in the warehouse, supervision of the movement of supplies.
• Preparing branch reports for senior management

Basic requirements and necessary skills:

• higher education;
• At least 2-3 years of experience in an administrative/managerial position
• Knowledge of English and/or Russian;
• Experience in sales or the automotive industry would be an advantage
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to make quick decisions in a stressful environment
• Attention to detail and financial discipline
• High level of communication, teamwork skills
• driving license category B;
• Knowledge of office computer programs

Additional information:

Working hours: Monday to Friday 09:00-18:00, Saturday 09:00-17:00.
