Hotel ibis Styles Batumi announces a vacancy Housekeeping Supervisor position.

Main responsibilities:

• Ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and compliance with established standards of hotel rooms and common areas;
• Managing the work process of subordinate employees;
• Allocating employees to shifts and drawing up work schedules;
• Distribution of room cleaners according to work zones and definition of daily tasks;
• Providing work instructions and guidelines to employees and monitoring their implementation;
• Regularly monitoring the condition of inventory and equipment located in hotel rooms and communicating any deficiencies to the relevant department;
• Control of consumption of products and supplies located in hotel rooms, including linens, toiletries, and mini-bar products;
• Ensuring timely replenishment, accounting and balance control of number products;
• Ensuring the safety of items left by hotel guests and recording and transferring them in accordance with Lost & Found procedures;
• Receiving, managing and ensuring the fulfillment of guest requests within the scope of their competence;
• Effective coordination with other departments, if necessary, to ensure timely and quality fulfillment of guest requests;
• Preparing and producing reports relevant to the daily work process;
• Carrying out monthly accounting of products placed in hotel rooms;
• Control of inventory usage and timely detection of losses, discrepancies and damage;
• Implementing housekeeping processes in accordance with the hotel's internal procedures and service quality standards.

work schedule: 8 hour rolling schedule on 5/2, 1 hour break
