Main functions:

• Effectively manage the sales process, delegate tasks, monitor progress, and prepare progress reports
• Monitoring the activities of group members
• Managing the customer base and intensive communication with them;
• Motivation, evaluation and professional development of team members
• Improving and standardizing sales processes
• Supporting the team in difficult negotiations and closing deals

Qualification requirements:

• higher education;
• Knowledge of office computer programs (MS Word; MS Excel – user level);
• Experience in sales is an advantage;
• Knowledge of English and Russian languages will be considered an advantage;
• Knowledge of automobile specifications and features will be considered an advantage;
• Experience working with CRM systems (preferred)
• Analytical thinking and experience working with numbers
