duties:

• Attracting companies and partners;
• Preparing special offers for customers;
• Develop and implement sales strategy and plan together with the team;
• Making phone calls and visits to existing and potential customers;
• Development and updating of customer databases;
• Collaborate with the sales team, generate and implement new ideas;
• Entering individual and group reservations into the system;
• Preparing proforma invoices for individual and group bookings;
• Conducting information tours;
• Extranet management (Booking, Expedia, etc.);
• Conducting official correspondence;
• Answering telephone calls;
• Collecting reports and competitor data.

work schedule: 5/2, 9-hour shift, 09:00 to 18:00
