"Yelti Group" and the international company IPM, with experience in managing more than 100 premium class apartments, are announcing a vacancy for the position of Technical Department Supervisor.

Working Schedule:  Full-time (40 hours per week) 5/2

Our team is looking for a responsible and experienced Technical Department Supervisor who will ensure the smooth operation of the hotel's infrastructure, effective management of technical issues, and team coordination.

Main functions and duties:

• Organizing and controlling the daily activities of the technical department;
• Distributing tasks and monitoring performance of technical team employees (electricians, plumbers, craftsmen, etc.);
• Ensuring the proper operation of the apart-hotel's engineering systems (electricity, water supply, heating and cooling, etc.);
• Rapid identification of ongoing technical problems and organization of solutions;
• Planning of planned and preventive maintenance works;
• Timely response to technical requests from guests and departments;
• Control of technical inventory and materials, presentation of needs;
• Reporting on work performance to the supervisor;
• Compliance with safety standards during maintenance work.

Qualification requirements:

• Experience working in a similar position (experience in the hotel/apartment-hotel sector will be considered an advantage);
• Knowledge of technical systems and ability to diagnose problems;
• Team management experience;
• High sense of responsibility and efficiency;
• Organization and ability to work independently.
