Midea Group and Toshiba are announcing a vacancy for the position of Merchandiser/Trainer in Batumi – Western Georgia region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan visits to regions and retail outlets (based on weekly/monthly schedules) and agree on them with the direct supervisor;
• Carry out scheduled visits to regions according to the predefined plan;
• Monitor and evaluate the condition of in-store stands;
• Identify and agree on new locations for stand placement;
• Place and update promotional and marketing materials in stores;
• Resolve issues related to stands (damage, incorrect placement, etc.) in a timely manner;
• Provide store staff with information about products and updates, and conduct relevant training sessions;
• Prepare and systematically share photo reports;
• Monitor and record products placed in stores;
• Monitor product pricing in stores;
• Prepare and submit weekly reports to the direct supervisor.

Requirements:

• Spoken knowledge of English and Russian languages;
• Knowledge of MS Office;
• Own car is required;
• Work experience in the home appliances sector;
• Willingness to travel frequently across Western Georgia.

Working Schedule: 5 working days per week; 8-hour working schedule.
