work schedule: 5/2 Full-time, 09:00-18:00; (40 hours per week)

Main functions:

• Full management of the booking process;
• Team coordination and control of work schedules;
• Effective communication with guests (via email, telephone and online channels);
• Monitoring and updating online platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.);
• Support for sales strategies – optimization of pricing policies and offers;
• Preparing reports for management;

Qualification requirements:

• At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position is required;
• Knowledge of 1C program is required;
• English language proficiency at B2 level (additional languages are an advantage);
• Sociability, responsibility and organization.
