We are looking for a motivated and experienced professional for the position of Warehouse Logistics Manager., which ensures the efficient operation of the warehouse and the proper management of logistics processes.

Work rate: 10:00 to 19:00, weekends off

Main responsibilities:

• Managing and monitoring daily warehouse operations;
• Organizing the processes of receiving, storing, delivering and recording;
• Warehouse staff management, training and optimization of work processes;
• Inventory management and loss prevention;
• Supervision of safety standards;
• Improving logistics processes and effectively managing costs;
• Preparing reports and communicating with supervision;
• Managing the scanning process;
• Dispatching couriers and monitoring of activities to be performed/performed.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics manager position;
• Ability to manage logistics processes;
• Teamwork and leadership skills;
• Detail-oriented and organized;
• Knowledge of computer programs (especially Excel);
• High sense of responsibility and ability to solve problems in a timely manner.

The following will be considered an advantage:

• Specialized education in logistics or business administration;
• In-depth knowledge of office programs and warehouse management systems;
• Knowledge of technical English or Russian.
