Best Western Premier announces a vacancy Technical Department Manager position.

Job description:

2.1. Conducts a briefing at the beginning of the shift
2.2. Establishes the work schedule;
2.3. Attends working meetings to exchange information with management;
2.4. Prepares a work plan and submits it to the immediate supervisor at the beginning of the month.
2.5. At the end of the month, presents information about the work performed (if not completed, provides an explanation)
2.6. Organizes the hotel's engineering, construction, and installation works
2.7. Coordinates the work of engineers on duty working in shifts
2.8. Systematically checks the operation of all equipment, systems, and mechanical devices located on the hotel premises. If necessary, ensures their repair or replacement with new ones.
2.9. Takes care to minimize the risk of all possible damage and deterioration that may result from incorrect and/or inappropriate and/or unlawful use of equipment and mechanical devices located on the hotel premises.
