“Cargo Polo” is a high-tech American logistics company specializing in complex transportation of cars / special equipment / other movable assets. The service includes providing all necessary services to interested customers: sharing access to procurement platforms, ground transportation (to the warehouse) in America, cargo warehousing in America, consolidation, container transportation to the desired port, forwarding services at the receiving port, brokerage, further ground transportation by forwarding to the final point of receipt, cargo insurance, etc.

The company carries out shipments in 17 major countries: Georgia, Ukraine, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Poland, Germany, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Jordan, Libya, Nigeria.

The first office was opened in Georgia/Tbilisi in 2023, as the Georgian direction, as a transport corridor, is of paramount importance due to the current difficulties in logistics.

The company operates After Sales / Support departments, which allow the sales managers to devote all their working time to growing the portfolio, focusing on the sales process and not on servicing existing clients. This work system increases the productivity of managers by one or two times and allows achieving the desired financial results in a short period of time.

duties:

• Finding/attracting corporate clients;
• Studying the requirements of potential corporate clients;
• Conducting effective negotiations with potential corporate clients;
• Preparation of various types of corporate offers;
• Sale of logistics products;
• Analysis of sales dynamics;
• Daily and weekly work planning and reporting;
• Other duties and responsibilities as requested.

Required knowledge and skills:

• At least 1 year of experience in sales.
• Perfect knowledge of Russian (speaking, writing and reading) is mandatory.
• Experience working in an auto import company will be considered an advantage.
• Experience working with CRM software will be considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office;
• Customer service skills (politeness, promptness);
• Consulting and persuasive communication skills;
• Communication, organization, teamwork skills;
• Attention to detail, emotional balance;
• Logical thinking;
• Ability to adapt quickly to new environments;

Working Conditions:

• Salary: Fixed salary 1000 + bonus based on sales.
• Working hours: Monday – Friday from 10:00 to 18:00
