Clinic Medfem announces a vacancy Registrar position

Job description:

• Registering the patient in the appropriate program;
• Opening a card and filling in information;
• Filling out the patient card with all the necessary information;
• Referral of a registered patient to the appropriate specialist;
• Archiving opened cards in the registry archive and retrieving them for the patient if necessary;
• In case of unavailability of information requested by the patient, searching/verifying the information and providing it accordingly;
• Providing information to patients in case of service interruptions;
• At the end of the day, the program compares all registrations and relevant documentation.

work schedule: 09:00-17:00 hours

Working days: 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)
