Main responsibilities:

• Courteous and professional service to casino guests.
• Taking food and beverage orders and delivering them on time.
• Maintaining high standards of service.
• Effective communication with guests and responding to their needs.
• Compliance with the casino's internal rules and service policies.

Detailed duties:

• Welcoming guests and organizing the service process.
• Accurately taking and transmitting orders to the kitchen and bar.
• Serving food and beverages correctly, gracefully, and aesthetically.
• Monitoring the cleanliness and order of tables during service.
• Informing the supervisor in case of conflict or non-standard situations.
• Proper use and maintenance of work equipment (utensils, textiles, etc.).
• Tidying up the workspace after the service is completed.

Working Schedule: 12-hour, 2/2 shift schedule: 09:00-21:00, 21:00-09:00
