Job description:

• Serving/arranging tables according to established standards;
• Timely reception of guests;
• Introducing the menu to the guest, taking orders, and providing timely service;
• Informing the guest in the event of a delayed meal, informing the immediate supervisor as necessary and taking appropriate measures;
• Establishing constant communication with guests; listening to their compliments, complaints and grievances; regarding food, beverages, service quality and environment, taking appropriate measures as necessary according to the established standard and informing the immediate supervisor;
• Wearing the company-issued uniform in a clean and tidy condition.

work schedule: 5/2 9 hours, 8 hours, 1 hour break
