Main responsibilities:

• Welcoming guests with a smile and kindness, in accordance with the company's service standards;
• Introducing the menu to the guest and offering dishes and drinks;
• Taking guest orders in accordance with service standards and established procedures;
• If necessary, provide the guest with information about the composition of the dishes, ingredients, preparation method, and possible allergens;
• Knowledge of the range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages presented on the menu, their characteristics and delivery methods;
• Delivery of ordered meals and drinks in a timely and correct order;
• Constant monitoring of guest needs and timely response during the service process;
• Constant monitoring of the guest table and service area, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness;
• Timely receipt and fulfillment of additional guest requests;
• In the event of a guest's dissatisfaction or complaint, professionally manage the situation and
• Informing the immediate supervisor as necessary;
• Compliance with established standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety;
• Setting and serving tables in accordance with established standards;
• Properly preparing tables, inventory, and auxiliary service cabinets before starting service;
• Preparing and delivering the bill to the guest correctly and on time;
• Providing appropriate service to the guest during the checkout process;
• Politely see the guest off and obtain a brief assessment of satisfaction/impression with the service;
• Following the instructions of the supervisor and the company's internal procedures during the work process;
• Effective collaboration with the team to ensure high quality and continuous service;
• Maintaining proper condition of workspace, inventory, and equipment;
• Adherence to the company's service standards, code of ethics, and hospitality principles.

work schedule: 8 hour rolling schedule on 5/2, 1 hour break
