Auditing and consulting company Loyalty announces a vacancy Head of Inventory Management position.

Main function-duties:

• Organizing inventory accounting, control and analysis processes in client companies;
• Monitoring the movement of supplies and determining their optimal level;
• Control of data accuracy and compliance with accounting and financial systems;
• Stock verification, inventory planning and process monitoring;
• Developing inventory optimization strategies (to increase savings and efficiency);
• Identification and management of slow-moving, non-moving and expired inventories;
• Determining and reviewing minimum and maximum stock levels (Min/Max);
• Analysis and prevention of inventory-related losses and discrepancies;
• Monitoring inventory performance key indicators (KPIs);
• Forecasting demand based on sales, seasonality and trends;
• Organization and control of transportation, distribution and delivery processes;
• Preparing periodic reports for immediate supervisor and clients;
• Performing other operational or analytical tasks as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Basic qualification requirements:

• Higher education in finance, economics or business administration is preferred;
• 2 years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, warehouse management, logistics, or procurement is required;
• Team management experience is required;
• Knowledge of inventory accounting and management systems;
• Knowledge of data analysis and reporting;
• Knowledge of office applications (MS Excel, Power BI or similar).
• Experience working with ERP systems (e.g. 1C, SAP, Oris or other) is preferred.

Working Schedule: Working hours: Monday to Friday 10:00 - 18:00, Saturday 10:00 - 15:00.
