Department: Front Office
Direct supervisor: Front Office Manager

work schedule: 08:00 – 16:00 and 16:00 – 00:00 (5/2)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervising front desk employees in the work process;
• Sharing your own experiences with front desk employees and motivating them.
• Serving guests, providing necessary information, assistance, and resolving their problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
• Verifying and controlling the status of rooms, providing information to departments.
• Accepting reservations and controlling hotel occupancy;
• Front desk cash register control.
• Front desk and hotel check-in control.
• Taking responsibility in the absence of the FO manager.
• Performing other assigned duties.

Qualification requirements:

• English language – B2/C1 level (knowledge of Turkish is an advantage)
• Experience working in a similar position
