Working Schedule: Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00 (shift work if necessary)
Salary: From 1500 GEL + 3 types of bonuses
Probationary period: 3 months (paid)

Job description:

• Management of pawnshop activities and coordination of daily operations (gold pawnshop, remittances, conversion, etc.);
• Effectively lead the branch's activities and coordinate/monitor the daily activities of the branch;
• Effective team management and promotion of employee qualification improvement;
• Ensuring quality customer service in the branch and periodic evaluation/monitoring of this process, in accordance with the customer service standards in force in the organization;
• Participation in the development of the branch's business plan and responsibility for the implementation of the established business plan (gold pawnshop, money transfers, conversion, etc.);
• Periodically, market analysis regarding the current terms of service in competing companies and, based on market requirements, development and submission of appropriate proposals to the company's management;
• Attracting potential customers;
• Analysis of the existing client base, correct determination of the client's business potential, planning and implementation of appropriate attraction activities based on the client's potential;
• Proposing changes to operational procedures to management in order to improve the process;
• If necessary, work in shifts in the operational and pawnshop areas.
