• Planning and monitoring of the facility's daily work process.
• Service and quality control.
• Promoting sales growth.
• Constant communication with customers and discussion of received evaluations with team members.
• Monitoring compliance with sanitary and hygienic standards, safety rules, and labor discipline norms.
• Monitoring products and inventory, placing/receiving orders, ensuring cash register accuracy.
• In the Self-Hr program, drawing up schedules for team members (vacation, travel, sick leave) and reflecting them in the program.
• Taking care of the motivation and qualification of subordinates.
• Production of various types of reports, within the scope of competence.

work schedule: 5 days a week, first hearing – 10:00-19:00, second hearing – 18:00-03:00.
