We are looking for an energetic, hands-on, and service-oriented Engineer-Technician to join the Hampton by Hilton Batumi Center team.

Job Description: As a Technical Engineer at Hampton by Hilton Batumi, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's mechanical, electrical and security systems. You will work in both guest rooms and public and service areas. Your duties will include performing preventative maintenance, ensuring safety and fire safety standards are met, and maintaining technical records.
Main duties and responsibilities:

• Technical support in guest rooms, public and service areas
• Ensuring and monitoring preventive measures for equipment
• Regular inspection and repair of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical circuits, lighting, and other mechanical systems
• Knowledge of building management systems (BMS) and responding to system alerts
• Implementation of preventive maintenance schedule. Maintenance of equipment and spaces according to the specified standard
• Ensuring that all safety systems (fire alarms, emergency exits, information signs) are functioning properly and comply with local regulations
• Maintaining detailed records of maintenance work: work orders, inspections, repairs, and preparation of relevant documentation
• Collaborate with various hotel departments to resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  Maintaining tools, equipment, and workspaces in proper condition
• Updating and deepening technical knowledge and skills
  Other duties:
• Supporting F&B or other hotel departments as needed (for example, helping in the bar or lobby)
• Participation in team meetings and trainings
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
• To ensure satisfaction and operational processes

Qualifications and skills:

• Professional certificate in one of the following specialized fields: Electrical, Mechanical, Refrigeration, Woodworking/Carpentry, or Plumbing – required
• At least 2 years of experience in hotel technical service or

In the field of engineering

• Knowledge of the operation of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems

Knowledge and adherence to fire and general safety standards

Working Conditions:

Place of work: Batumi, Rustaveli Street N20

Employment type: Full-time (no more than 40 hours per week)
