Actively participate in the creation of new recipes;
Providing all the ingredients needed to prepare the dish;
Compliance with the rules for the use of inventory and tools;
Ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, communicating with kitchen staff;
Monitoring of kitchen equipment and facilities;
Description and implementation of stock ordering.
