Job description:

Department: Kitchen
Direct supervisor: Chef

Work schedule: 08:00 – 16:00; 16:00 – 00:00; (5/2)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the kitchen, keeping it tidy, and adhering to hygiene standards;
• Proper use and dilution of chemicals in the workplace;
• Cleaning and drying dishes according to procedure;
• Use and maintenance of washing machines and equipment, maintaining a hygienic working environment;
• Assisting cooks and servers as needed;
• Collecting and emptying garbage from work bins in accordance with established procedures;
• Performing other tasks assigned by the immediate manager.

Qualification requirements:

•  Experience working in a similar position
