• Managing the guest reception and departure procedure;
  
• Registering the guest in the relevant system and performing appropriate financial transactions;
  
• receiving incoming phone calls and providing relevant information;
  
• Guest assistance if needed;
  
• Liaising with the technical department when necessary;
