Construction and development company Yelti Group Looking for a responsible and active member of the administrator Position in an aparthotel.

"Yelti Group" entered the Georgian construction and development arena in 2017. Since its establishment, the company has been able to gain the reputation of a reliable partner and, with the right development strategy, has ensured the rapid growth that is currently underway.

The company has already built and sold more than 300,000 square meters of space in the form of “Electric Quarter”, adjacent to the New Boulevard in Batumi.

Main responsibilities: 

  • reception-accommodation and escorting of guests in accordance with standards;
  • control of the status and condition of the rooms;
  • Payments and control of documentation completion and correctness;
  • Accepting reservations;
  • receiving incoming phone calls and providing relevant information;
  • maintaining the culture and standards of telephone conversations and e-mail correspondence;
  • mutual cooperation and information transfer with other departments in the hotel during the work process;
  • Carrying out the tasks received from the immediate supervisor, related to his position and competence.

Required skills and qualification requirements: 

  • Experience in an administrative position is preferred;
  • Experience working with 1C software is desirable;
  • Experience working in a hotel operating program will be considered an advantage;
  • Knowledge of foreign languages at a communicative level is essential;

Personal skills:

  • punctuality;
  • communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • ability to work physically;
  • sense of responsibility;
  • Detail oriented.
