Job description:

• Establishes direct, online and telephone communication with the guest
• Performs booking procedures online, by telephone and through direct communication
• Answers the guest's questions within the competence
• settles with the guest
• Provides daily financial reporting.
• Performs shift handover procedures
• In the night shift, it ensures the correction of the reservation data in the program
• Sorting emails received on Info and FO e-mails and responding within competence
• Performs tasks assigned by the manager
• Effectively manages stressful situations

Work schedule: Schedule 2/2 for 12 hours of hearing
Work experience: preferred
