In a small town in Japan, there lives a snow-white bombardier dog, Snowy. He always plays with his friend, a little boy, and is very happy. One day, everything changes in Snowy's life. The white dog meets an old mud-colored dog, Seiji. They don't even have time to become friends when Seiji's dog catcher locks him in a cage. Snowy is sad, feeling that he couldn't help his friend.
