Main responsibilities:

• Actively participate in the creation of recipes;
• Control of the quality and standardization of dishes;
• Team management and task allocation;
• Maintaining a smooth and efficient kitchen workflow;
• Maintaining hygiene standards and ensuring food safety;
• Monitoring of kitchen equipment and facilities;
• Compliance with labor safety standards in the workplace;

Necessary requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience as a chef;
• high sense of responsibility;
• Creative thinking skills;
• Detail oriented

Panorama It is the largest restaurant complex in the Adjara region. It is a joint project of two international companies: GINZA PROJECTI, a hotel and restaurant chain with twenty years of experience, and ORBI GROUP, the largest construction company in Europe.
