We are announcing a vacancy. B2B Sales Manager Position for Georgian technology company WeCharge in Batumi.

The technology company WeCharge has been operating in the Georgian market in the Sharing Power Bank Rental segment since 2025.

In a technological era where digital devices are an integral part of our daily lives, the company WeCharge has responded to user needs and easily solved the problem of charging devices (mobile phones, tablets, headphones, digital watches, e-cigarettes, and more) with the WeCharge App.
The company's goal is to create a simple, affordable, and convenient electronic device charging system for everyone.

We are looking for a B2B Sales Manager for the company who will facilitate cooperation with partner facilities and increase sales. It is important for the position that candidates are detail-oriented, have a creative and innovative approach, and have a high level of responsibility.

WeCharge plans to export its product to the international market and offers its employees the opportunity for career growth in the international market.

Information about the vacancy

Vacant position: 2

Main responsibilities:

• Managing the full sales cycle, from finding leads to signing a contract;
• Processing and analyzing information about a potential client;
• Communicating with potential and existing clients, planning and conducting meetings, negotiating on various issues;
• Analysis of market trends, B2B customer behavior, and the competitive environment;
• Effectively collaborate with the marketing team to ensure sales strategy aligns with company goals;
• Provide management with regular information on progress, challenges, and feedback.

Basic requirements:

• At least 2 years of work experience in sales.
• Proficiency in English at a communicative level.

Work schedule: Monday–Friday, 10:00–19:00
